The Airtable Leaders Forum is an in-person, limited-attendance event for executives and leaders looking to transform their enterprises and increase resiliency. At this exclusive, invite-only event, you’ll get:

Please note that this invitation is non-transferable. However, should you be unable to attend and wish to discuss nominating an alternate and/or if there’s another enterprise leader you think would like to attend, please contact us events@airtable.com.
There is no cost to attend the Leaders Forum for invited guests. However, all attendees are responsible for their individual travel, hotel and incidentals. If you have questions about travel and accommodations, please reach out to events@airtable.com.
There are several options for getting to the venue. Public transportation or a rideshare service is encouraged as parking in New York City can be challenging.
- Via public transportation:
Houston Street Station (1 line) is the closest and is located around the corner
Spring Street Station (A, C, and E lines) is .2 miles away
Prince Street Station (N, Q, R, and W lines) is .6 miles away
PATH Train (14th Street) is 1 mile away
Penn Station and Grand Central (LIRR, Metro North, 4, 5, 6, 7 and S lines) are a 15-20 minute taxi ride away - Via personal car/parking information:
Moonlight Studios does not have dedicated parking. However there are several lots within a few blocks of the space. We recommend using an online parking spot reservation system such as SpotHero to reserve a spot in advance. Simply input the venue address (330 Hudson Street) and the nearest lots will pop up.
Airtable will not be covering the cost of parking or rideshares.

Airtable does not have a block of rooms at any property, but there are many hotels nearby the venue, including these properties below that are all within walking distance. Booking is to be handled by the attendee directly. We encourage you to book accommodations as soon as possible.

We are fostering a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for the Airtable Leaders Forum. We recommend business casual attire but encourage you to wear what you’re comfortable in.

If you have dietary preferences, please be sure to mark those on the space provided on the brief questionnaire that you’ll receive after the initial registration form is submitted.
Airtable adheres to the state and local public health requirements based on the event’s location. In the absence of local laws requiring specific safety precautions, masks and physical distancing are recommended, but not required. We also ask that attendees be respectful of other attendees’ preference to wear a mask and/or maintain physical distancing.
If you feel unwell or test positive for COVID-19, stay at home. If you feel unwell at the event, you should promptly leave the event, self-isolate, and prioritize getting tested for COVID-19.

Expected Behavior
- Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative.
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech.
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. Alert Airtable event staff if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress.
- Wear your badge at all times while at the event or event venues.
Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behaviors may include but are not limited to:
- Harassment and discrimination includes any verbal, physical, or visual conduct based on sex, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, race, age, national origin, disability. Inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing, photography or recording; sustained disruption of sessions, talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and any unwelcome sexual attention.
- Any boisterous, lewd or offensive behavior or language, using sexually explicit or offensive language or conduct, profanity, obscene gestures, or racial, religious or ethnic slurs.
- Wearing clothing that is not suitable for a professional work environment, that is provocative, inappropriate or otherwise potentially offensive.
- Possession of a weapon or any item that can be used as a weapon, which may be used to threaten or cause injury to others if used in a certain manner.
- Any destruction or vandalizing of personal property or event site or materials.
- Possessing any open can, bottle or other receptacle containing any alcoholic beverages, except in areas specifically designated for the consumption of alcohol or being intoxicated, as determined by Airtable, in any event venue or function. Please drink responsibly.
- Possessing any illegal substance. Airtable does not tolerate the use or abuse of illegal substances anywhere in the event venues.
- Smoking is not permitted, other than in designated areas.
- Assembling for the purpose of, or resulting in, disturbing the peace, or committing any unlawful act or engaging in any offensive behavior.
- Any other illegal activity not already covered above.
- Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.
- Failure to obey any of the rules or regulations of the event venues or instructions of the event staff.
- Sharing your event badge with other individuals.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the event without warning or refund and if appropriate involvement of local law enforcement.

If you experience or witness a life safety emergency, please dial 911, immediately.
If you have a complaint or concern about harassment, discrimination, bullying or any other conduct that violates the Airtable Events Code of Conduct, we encourage you to tell an Airtable event staff member or security personnel immediately. If you witness this happening to someone else, please report that, too. You may request that your report remain completely confidential.
After event hours, if you see something suspicious or would like to report a security issue, remember to See Something, Say Something by calling local authorities or Airtable staff.
