Meta Llama Additional Terms

These Meta Llama Additional Terms (these “Llama Terms”) apply to your use of any Meta Llama model through Airtable AI, pursuant to requirements from Meta. These Llama Terms form a part of the agreement between you and Airtable that governs your use of Airtable’s products and services, including the Airtable AI Terms (your “Service Terms”). Terms used but not defined in these Llama Terms have the meaning set forth in your Service Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Llama Terms and your Service Terms, these Llama Terms will control. These Llama Terms may change from time to time, so please check back regularly for updates.

1. Acceptable Use Policy and Community License Agreement

If you use any Meta Llama models through Airtable AI, you must comply with the applicable Community License Agreements, which are hereby incorporated by reference into these Llama Terms:

As additional Meta Llama models become available through Airtable AI, you must comply with the applicable Community License Agreement for each such model, which will be incorporated by reference into these Llama Terms when made available by Airtable, and may be found on the Meta Llama website at https://www.llama.com/.

2. Indemnity

Without limiting any indemnification obligations in your Service Terms, you shall defend Airtable from and against any claims by a third party arising from or relating to your use of any Meta Llama model through Airtable AI, and will indemnify and hold harmless Airtable from and against any costs, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) resulting from such claim.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THE AI TERMS OR YOUR SERVICE TERMS, ALL META LLAMA MODELS ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, OR PERFORMANCE OBLIGATIONS.
